ACS monitors and controls access to your premises 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, helping businesses increase their compound security!
Identifying and giving access to premitted users, through biometrics identification, ACS is able to uniquely control entrance and exit permissions. There will be no problems of loss of keys and ID cards hence removing the recurring cost for replacements! Locks will also never have to be replaced! What's more, ACS will log entrance and exit information, which is retrievable instantaneously.

ACS Functionalities

PC installable, controls up to 128 readers (extendable up to 256 readers)

Time Zones can be grouped into different groups.
|
|
Flexible to have up to 99 time zones per group.
|
|
Each Group can have up to 3 time zones and a maximum of 99 groups.

The Staff members can be directly to linked to the time zones or to a group. If a group is linked to the staff member then only those time zones set with in the group can be accessed by the staff member.

User friendly Menu driven, consistent menu formats and prompts, self explanatory menu selections.

Inquiries & reports by either Employee ID number, Department, Name, Date, or by the Reader.

Reports can be sorted in a number of ways, user has to select the sorting order by just clicking on the column header.

Facilitates the management of employee access and attendance records. Easy to add new employee data, modify data, delete data, and print data. The editing may be based on employee ID, name, or date.

System provides the option to maintain the different shifts. Each staff will be attached to a shift. Based on the shift the staff work start time or work end time will be taken into consideration.

System provides all access information for the management to monitor. Staff Login report for viewing the staff Log In and Log Out.

Staff Audit Report provides the audit log of the staff accessing the doors.
|
|
Staff Late Comers Report will give you an instant glance of the staff who are late to work.

Staff Finger Prints can be downloaded in to the local database for backup purpose and can be populated to different reader connected within the network.

In the same way, Staff Finger print templates can be uploaded to the readers.

The Administrator can set the access rights for the staff member. The Staff member can be a normal user, administrator or supervisor.
